Inner Circle

Inner Circle – In support of our diverse subscription series.

The Inner Circle is designed for individuals and families who make annual financial contributions to Cal Poly Arts. Gifts to the Inner Circle support professional performing arts events in our community and are 100% tax-deductible.

Ticket sales cover only 70% of the cost of bringing world-class artists for you to experience and enjoy right here on the Central Coast. The remainder of our income must come from generous contributions from individuals and businesses.

Cal Poly Arts must raise $370,000 from Inner Circle gifts to balance our 2011-12 budget.

There are several opportunities for you to support the work we do. See below for an overview of donor benefits. Call our Administrative office at 805/756-6556 for complete contribution information.

As a Cal Poly Arts supporter, you receive the following benefits per donor level:

$50 FRIEND

Advance email notification of added Center Stage events and donor acknowledgement in event programs.

$100 ASSOCIATE

Previously listed benefits, plus recognition on a contributors Honor Roll board in the PAC theatre lobbies.

$250 DONOR

Previously listed benefits, plus a ticket exchange privilege.

$500 PATRON

Previously listed benefits, plus a complimentary campus parking pass good for all Cal Poly Arts events.

$1,000 PARTNER

Previously listed benefits, plus an advance ticket purchase privilege for added Center Stage events and the opportunity to sponsor select $1,000-level season shows. Show sponsorship includes extensive donor recognition in various forms for your sponsored show, “Buy One/Get One Free” certificates good for select series events, and four (4) complimentary sponsor tickets to your sponsored show.

$1,500 PRESENTER

Previously listed donor/sponsor benefits and the opportunity to sponsor select $1,500-level season shows. Additional benefits include reserved VIP parking space at your sponsored event, a total of six (6) show sponsor seats, and hosted intermission lobby reception at your sponsored performance.

$2,500 BENEFACTOR

Previously listed benefits and the opportunity to sponsor select $2,500-level season shows. Additional benefits include a total of eight (8) show sponsor tickets, sponsored artist merchandise and post-show artist meet/greet (as available).

$3,500 ANGEL

Previously listed benefits and the opportunity to sponsor select $3,500-level season shows. Additional benefits include a total of ten (10) show sponsor tickets and two pairs of complimentary tickets to select season performances.

$5,000 PRODUCER

Previously listed benefits and the opportunity to sponsor select $5,000-level season shows or more than one season show (based on show sponsorship values), with all attendant show benefits.
